Build the Pastor. Strengthen the Ministry.
Two focused days created for pastors who want to lead with a healthier heart, clearer vision, stronger relationships, and better systems behind the scenes. This is practical ministry leadership for the real work of pastoring.
Pastoring is spiritual — but it is also deeply practical.
The Pastoral Intensive is designed to create room for honest conversation, strategic thinking, and practical tools. We will talk about the heart of the pastor, the people around you, navigating transition, carrying vision, and building the systems that allow ministry to remain healthy as it grows.
"You should not have to choose between being spiritually healthy and organizationally strong. Healthy ministry needs both."
What We’ll Cover
Each session is designed to move beyond inspiration and give you principles you can actually carry back into your church and leadership environment.
The Heart of the Pastor
Before we lead people, we have to lead ourselves. This session focuses on the inner life of the pastor — spiritual health, emotional awareness, motives, boundaries, and staying whole while carrying responsibility.
Identifying Your Aaron & Hur
Every pastor needs trusted people who can help hold up their arms. We’ll talk about identifying the right support, building trust, clarifying roles, and recognizing who should be close to the weight of leadership.
Ministry Transition
People change. Places change. Seasons change. Learn how to discern transition, communicate through it, honor what was, and lead your church toward what is next.
Casting & Stewarding Vision
Vision has to be more than something the pastor sees. We’ll unpack how to communicate it clearly, build alignment around it, fund it, measure it, and keep it alive over time.
The Business Side of Ministry
Ministry carries spiritual responsibility and organizational responsibility. This session addresses structure, decision-making, staffing, policies, accountability, and the operational side of leading a church.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
Strong Sundays are usually built Monday through Saturday. We’ll look at workflows, communication, meetings, systems, service preparation, and the details that help ministry operate with excellence.
Enough time to go deeper.
This intensive is intentionally built across two days so we can move beyond surface-level conversation. The goal is clarity, practical application, and meaningful interaction with other pastors who understand the weight of ministry.
